The 21st Century is an ongoing audio-project by visual artist Hidde van Schie. This album is a collection of improvisations recorded in 2009. Some solo, some together with Choca Alcazaba or Brendon Blommaert.

The release date of Painting With The Saints coincides with the celebration of Sinterklaas (Saint Nicholas). Seemed fitting.
